i'd just like to add another +1 to being able to work with 4.1. the
darwinports tree only has packages for 4.1, and that's kept me from
having a subversion port that does ra_local.
if we can possibly be able to detect and work with both 4.0 and 4.1,
that would be best, but we will need to make this jump eventually, so we
might as well do it now.
