It seems that not all win32 systems are created equal. I'm actually only
seeing 3 failures as well. commit_tests.py 20 is passing for me, and I'm
guessing for Drew as well.

My guess as to the reason is the Drew and I are both using WinXP, whereas you
and Brane are using Win2K.
