RE: subversion 0.14.2

SVN diff does work. I guess I should have mentioned that I'm running under
Linux as well.

Does "svn diff" work fir you? Is 'C:\PROGRA~1\Cygnus\cygwin' in your PATH?

If both of these are true, then I have no idea what's going wrong.
