Windows XP allows you to have multiple users, but I only have one user
on mine. So it's the same user, and that user does have read/write access.
Also, I was able to run 0.14.1 on my machine, so the problem is probably a
bug in subversion, or maybe in the subversion apache module. I'm happy to
try testing 0.14.2 on my machine, but I can't get the damn thing to compile...
