If that's the problem, then it's definitely an Apache bug, and may well be
related to the WinXP bug. I'll test with Mozilla configured to use HTTP/1.0
only. I'd do it now, but Drew password-protected the repo in the meantime.
Drew, send me a note if you unprotect that repo again, and I'll see if Mozilla
with HTTP/1.0 works. If it does, we're that much closer to finding out what's
wrong -- and we may be able to add an option to SVN to use HTTP/1.0, too, as a
(temporary) workaround.
