Yes, see one of my other posts. I tried downloading the file with Mozilla
1.1beta, wget from cygwin and Subversion. Both Mozilla and Subversion gave me a
corrupt file (but a _different_ corruption); wget gave me a clean file. This
implies that problem is in neither the client nor the server (since Mozilla
displays the problem, too), but in how they communicate. I suspect it's an
Apache bug, but don't know where to start proving it.

I'll try to get an Ethereal trace of both the successful and the failing
downloads, and compare them. Not today, though, so please don't kill your server
in the meantime.
