Question about propset

Well, that's one of the reasons I switched from cvs....I need a server that runs
off of windows, because I only have windows machines available to me right now.

Could I have configured it wrong? The only things I have done to the apache server
are the ones I listed in the previous message. Could it be that I'm using port 8000?
I'm using that port because I think my isp might have blocked port 80. The only
other thing I can think of is that maybe it's because the server is on the same machine
as the client...I don't know.
