Question about propset

Okay, you can even try uploading the file to my server. (I'm removed the
password, cuz there's nothing important on there right now anyway)

Here are the exact commands I've used (but you don't have to create
a repository to test it out...)

svnadmin create C:\svnrepos\myrepos

svn import http://68.102.215.34:8000/repos/ test -m none

svn co http://68.102.215.34:8000/repos/ test2

The only thing in the test directory is the before version of
editorabout_u.dfm. When you compare that to what is in
directory test2, you see the files are different. If you can't reproduce
this, let me know.

The version of apache: 2.0.40
The version of subversion: 0.14.1

Let me know what happens. Oh, call editorabout_u.dfm something
else so that it doesn't overwrite the one I already uploaded.
