The only thing the jlibtool patch does is switch to using APR's
libtool (SVN itself would no longer generate a libtool). However,
that's a pseudo-problem as SVN requires a higher version of libtool
than APR. I never got any feedback on whether that is an issue.

Correct, but I'm not going to finish it. Philip's changes made parts
of it easier to complete, but it's still nasty. -- justin
