No, it's accurate -- that test really has been commented out since 192. And

It should be either XFAIL or maybe even PASS now -- it's quite
possible that the test suite correctly parses the output now.

From rev 192:

   * update_tests.py (test_list): comment out update test #3
     temporarily, because the python test suite doesn't yet know how
     to parse the new output ("Restored foo.c"). This will be filed
     as a mini-task.

I think that "mini-task" never got filed :-).

I'll take care of it now...
