No, it's different. This is the equivalent of "cvs release".

(We have "cvs update -C" via "svn revert".)

Since one can quite easily run "svn st" to see if there are any local
mods, and remove the tree if none, I don't see the need for a special
"svn release" command; like Greg Hudson, -0.
