No, I think Blair just got really confused on his terminology.
HTTP was a really poor choice as the client tests have nothing at
all to do with HTTP. I'm not sure where he got that idea.

As I indicated earlier, the filesystem entry should have been called
'repository' since those tests uses ra_local.

I think his commit just made the situation more confusing. -- justin
