It's probably worth pointing out that _only_ httpd needs access to the
Subversion database unless you have some specific reason for using both
ra_dav and ra_local. In my case, I'm doing the supplemental group/setgid
thing, but only because my Apache configuration is in Subversion. (I'd
like to be able to revert to an older version if Apache does weird things.)
