I actually used svn as an excuse to move to Apache2. Of course, mod_perl is
pretty dicey under Apache2, so I had to rewrite a few things as .cgi in the
interim.

I run apache2 as web.web, and my repository in /home/svn is set to that
owner. Works like a champ (Apart from the other issue I'm having)
