If you already installed a db-4 package then that explains it. You will
need to either hack the subversion source RPM that I generated or you will
need to erase the db-4 package you installed previosly and use the one I
generated.

Since RedHat doesn't (yet) distribute a db-4.0.14 package then I've had to
build my own and the subversion package depends on that. That's why I've
distributed the db-4 package along with other required packages for
subversion.
