URGENT: Temporary windows installer svn-0.14.0-r2804-2-setup ready for aprovement

Hi,

The svn-0.14.0-r2804-setup installer may have a bug that screws up the
system PATH on the Windows NT variations - Thanks to Barry Scott (and Patrik
Husfloen too) for pointing and clearing this out.

Please, remove the following files from the server:
  * svn-0.14.0-r2667-setup.exe
  * svn-0.14.0-r2804-setup.exe

The uploaded svn-0.14.0-r2804-2-setup have a temporary fix for this and will
be permanent fixed when I come home the August 20. or if someone sends me a
compiled version (and source) of the installer help program "svnpath.exe".

Windows NT/2000/XP users can repair the path easy as:
1. Repair your PATH via the My Computer/Properties
   Advanced tab,Environment Variables Button.
2. Make a edit to PATH in System variables.
3. Add a space somewhere and delete it, click OK and
   the system notices the PATH change.
4. Go back here and continue the installation.

People who need a previous version of the svn.exe can use svn-win32-r*.zip
at http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=91
