Subversion 0.14.0 problems/bugs

I posted a message to this list yesterday regarding possible bugs in
Subversion 0.14.0, but, as I wasn't a subscriber to the list at the
time, the message appears not to have been posted. I checked the
archives but couldn't find it. For this reason, I shall repeat my
problem report here.

Two problems:

1. svn ci filename -m 'A very long log message which, on my system at
least (Debian GNU/Linux Woody, Linux 2.4.17-xfs) would probably
   trigger a memory fault.'

As indicated, comparatively long log messages, given as parameters to
the -m option, produce memory faults.

2. I tried to download the latest sources from subversion.collab.net.
Upon the first attempt, the download failed with a network read
error (I didn't capture the error message). On the second attempt,
the download succeeded, but now when I run svn update on the
   subversion source directory:
[subversion@jdc]$ svn update

apr_error: #20014, src_err 0 : <Error string not specified yet>
  REPORT request failed on /repos/svn/trunk

apr_error: #20014, src_err 0 : <Error string not specified yet>
The REPORT status was 400, but expected 200.

I couldn't find either of these problems mentioned in the bug data
base.

I hope this is of help to the developers, and would be pleased to
engage in further testing.
