Yeah, you're right. I've fixed it and we're now down to:

Running all tests in basic_tests.py...FAILURE
At least one test FAILED, checking /opt/src/build/subversion/tests.log
FAIL: basic_tests.py 11: basic delete command
make: *** [check] Error 1

Which probably makes sense. I should be able to debug that one
tonight.

In the meantime, if someone wants to take another look, I've
attached a new patch.
