Best Practices (was: rapidsvn feedback)

A great place to have a general discussion and host a document on best
practices in the SCM category right here on tigris.org. See:
http://scm.tigris.org

We could maintain the document in the "scm" category itself, or launch
a subproject for it. It could lead to a book, or just a really useful
set of HOW-TOs that are tool-specific or not.

One thing to keep in mind is a separation between SCM best practices
and coding best practices, and also to recognize that there are
different useful ways to organize and version code that fit different
needs.

I am also looking for people to give comments on their experience with
various tools.

jason!
