It seems that some users don't want to "drop" the file://

Someone don't want the svn_local:// because is too long.
Others think that is not a problem to violate the standardized file:// .

Lot of noise...

I prefer subversion_repository:// than file:// .

But i don't want to trouble anybody.

* let file:// in place.
* add svn_local:// for future use by web browsers, nautilus, ...
* put in the handbook that file:// in svn is not like file:// in a web browser.

And that's all.

when i see "svn ... file://..." i image "svn ... svn_local://..." and I'M HAPPY.
