There are hundreds of books about project management and SCM.

I agree that the information is useful, I just don't agree it should be
in the Subversion Handbook. I wouldn't mind if you create another
document, and have the handbook refer to it; but IMHO the handbook
should be about mechanics, not politics. :-)
