I agree with what the above, but the logos presented aren't
necessarily source material. I for one have vector copies locally of
everything that I submitted, and if one of my logos win, we can add
the source copy to the svn repos.

We could always put a note in the README that winning artists will
have to provide vector graphics of their logo, but I'd imagine that
once a logo wins we can reproduce it in a vector program without too
much work.
