Hmm... ya know, the more I think about it, the more I want svnadmin's
usage/help to stop sucking like it does today.  We should totally
adopt a system similar to the way `svn' does the usage stuff, where
`svnadmin help' would just list the subcommands, and `svnadmin help
subcommand' would show that subcommand's usage message.  The whole
200-line usage message thing there has been bugging me for quite some
time.
