No, this mailing list is for Subversion developers. Quite a few of us
are not native English speakers.

Personally I have no reservations against putting this into the
repository. I think it would be useful. I wish somebody could review
your translation, though. While I can read it, I'm not competent to
review it.

Oh come on. A vast majority of people on this list are volunteers,
sacrificing their spare time to make Subversion better. Just another
volunteer doesn't impress us. :-)
