Eep, right now the letter 'R' means "Replace" in our scheduling
output. Maybe something else.

Yes... we should go back and look at that nice mail sent by Tom Lord
about developing an "enhanced" patch format that both svn and arch can
use. The only reason nobody has responded to that is because we've
all been too busy, I think.
