Well, I don't know how long of a command line we need to support. I just
tried writing a stupid .bat with a single echo in my Windows 2000 Pro box
and it complained at 2048 bytes in a single command line. I don't see
a script needing this many characters in a single call to commit-email.pl
to support. If you think we do, then let me know.
