I've been reading almost every message this list for several months now, and I
want to thank the Subversion team for an absolutely awesome job. It gives me
a wonderful tingly feeling to think how professionally and organized you all
handle the project, and the shivers when I wish that other open source
projects could be handled in the same manner (*cough* Ion window manager
*cough* steaming pile of hack *cough*). Your code and architecture are
beautiful.

I truly believe that I have personally become a better developer just by
watching this team do their magic. Thank you!!
