Whee, a man page for svnadmin... neat, thanks. I just tested your
patch, and will commit shortly.

Sadly, I fear our svn(1) page is horribly out of date. It would be
great if you (or others) could go over it with a fine-tooth
comb... mainly by comparing against 'svn help' output, which we
generally *have* been keeping current.
