switch, commit, mumble, grumble.

Well, I'm trying (again) to work with a working copy that's has pieces
of it switched to a branch. And once again, I'm having troubles.

I had an up-to-date working copy, and I switched my libsvn_fs subdir
to /branches/issue-745-dev. That went fine, the vsn-rsrc-urls looked
okay, and so I moved on. Now I'm ready to commit changes, and I get
nothing but out-of-date errors from the server.

Of course, I'm not out of date. I am the friggin' poster-child
of up-to-date-ness, with a sub-title that indicates growing
frustration.

So, I switched my *whole* working copy to the branch. Still can't
commit. Same error message. Same incorrect, nonsensical error
message.

Ah...it's gonna be a fun week, I predict...
