new 2092-branch tarball posted

OK, I uploaded a new tarball of the latest /branches/fs-convert-2092
tree. It's called 'subversion-r2092d.tar.gz'. (I also tested the
tarball, and verified that it is able to dump old-schema
repositories.)

So far this branch has two big fixes on it (that are also on /trunk):

  1. dump/load should now work on Win32. (No more translated stdio.)

  2. dump should correctly recognize replacements-with-history.

Brane, it would be great if you could create a new Win32 binary of
this branch as well.
