I think I'm coming to the conclusion that the rollback concept is too
susceptible to misunderstanding. I'm seriously beginning to think that
this little shortcut isn't worth providing. Especailly via a GUI. A "svn
log" dialog can have a button on it that allows the user to update the
WC to the specified revision.

It's so much simpler that way.
