Let's branch 2092, apply this patch, and snap a tarball of it. We can then
post that tarball on the downloads page. The instructions will then simply
be "go fetch this tarball. build it statically. have fun."

Note that the undeltify script can also be included into the 'tools' area in
the branch. (I'd say make a dir called tools/server)
[ and the script should go into /trunk, too ]
