attention all ye windows users

(well, I'm pretty sure there aren't many, but just in case ...)

I managed to screw up the Win32 binary that's posted on the downloads
page. When I changed svn_provate_config.hw from "patchy" to "diffy"
behaviour, I wrote the name of the diff3 program as "diff.exe3" instead
of "diff3.exe". :-(

The result is that svn can't find diff3, and horribly aborts without
cleaning up the working copy. locks and temporary files don't get
removed, and the loggy files hang around. In short, much badness happens.
