You want to take responsibility for making sure that the implementation
works for every binding and every language that anyone would want to mess
with the configuration file from? If not, saying that you've written an
implementation, and writing one again wouldn't be hard doesn't help anyone.
I know _I_ don't want to implement one, and I _do_ want to write a
configuration manager for Windows (to go with my shell extension).
