Debugging svn python tests

From: Blair Zajac <blair_at_orcaware.com>

I have some mods to refactor the command line processing code that I'm
testing and the tests are failing in tests/clients/cmdline/basic_tests.py
when it runs svn import.

Is there a way of having the basic_tests.py output the exact commands that
are being executed?

This would be handy to get a repository into a known state, make a copy of
it, and then debug the offending command.

Right now I'm patching the libtool wrapper shell scripts, but this isn't
ideal.

Thanks,
Blair
