This is great.

Two more questions:

1) What about the neon lib ?
- will it run at all on win32 ?
- how to build neon on win32 ?
- when I have neon on win32 how do I configure APR to use it on win32 ?

2) What is the status of the subversion server on win32 ?
Apache builds, APR builds, wc and fs parts builds fine ...
So I think the only missing part is mod_dav_svn. Is this true ?
The other thing are missing VC++ project files.
Or is there anything else that prevents one from a win32 server build ?
