Bus Error on Mac OS X

This one's still puzzling me.

I have established that apr_vformatter() always gets called with a null
flush_func, but it doesn't attempt to call it until it runs out of
memory in the pool. That's why 5 or 10 files get added to the working
copy before the crash.

Also, a trivial test case in a single file compiles and runs without
problems, so I think it must be an issue with svn's build system. Maybe
Darwin's link editor needs some kind of special treatment.
