Do you mean you committed again from that working copy, and the
propchange really was committed the second time? Or is it still a
local mod? If the latter, *save that working copy*.
$ cp -a my-working-copy my-not-working-working-copy
$ tar up, attach to issue?
I'll bet we can reproduce it if we have the exact working copy (we can
hand-revert the other changes that were successfully committed if
necessary).
