There were a couple of things wrong with apxs. :-)

1. It keeps wanting to CHANGE things and RPM doesn't like files it has
installed being changed. Makes the changes show up in "rpm -V package"
and people wonder what is being changed in a binary file.....or later
wonder if someone is hacking in to them.

2. It keeps having problems finding the right file to install. Every once
in a while it seems to work but many times it doesn't seem to (unless I'm
somehow not telling it correctly.

It seems that apxs is more designed for manually installing things without
RPMS. I could be wrong, if anyone has better ideas, please let me know.
I'm all ears. :-)
