To me, as a user, it seems reasonable to include primitive browsing
functionality in the SVN command-line client. Even though there
might be other tools already doing that. And the svn ls fits nicely
together with svn cp, mv etc.

But the availability of other tools make the issue much less important,
I guess.

I will have a look at cadaver.
