I went to the site, but I couldn't find any actual code. It sounds like
they are just thinking about implementation, or just starting it. But
maybe I'm just not familiar with how this site is organized?

Also, the licensing may be a little _too_ unrestrictive... as in, no
one's sure what it is :)
