New Win32 binaries

Laddies and Gentlemen (any Ladies out there?),

We have the honour to present

This package contains both debug and release binaries. By some magic
unknown to yours truly, the release build suddenly stopped segfaulting
in make_error_internal(). At least, it did on my machine. The fact that
I just upgraded MSVC to SP5 may have something to do with that.

Oh, and you can enjoy the results of my playing around with
inappropriate ideographs. :-)
