Mike Pilato (hey, that's me!) has indeed reviewed those patches, and
applied portions of it (client-side stuff and a great fix to
svn_repos_dir_delta() -- props to Kev!). Will check in real soon now
(gotta make sure all tests pass, and will be writing new tests, too).

Some of Kevin's patch was for mod_dav_svn -- I'm not prepared to
commit those portions of the change yet, as I believe it's probably
more hacks and kludges for anchors/targets. I think I know now how to
properly solve the problems related to anchors/targets, so I'm a-gonna
do it. Sorry, Kevin, hope you don't mind.
