(Is it Ok to post my answer to the mailing list-too?)

Hi Tim!

The java/subversion thing I want to see happen will consist of two parts:

   * the java/subversion libary to get the connection between tha subversion api (via JNI) and a whatever java application
   * the java GUI which should allow all the actions you can perform with the command line client. This shall be a clean app with good design and a
     lot of beautiful design patterns...

Right now I am working on a very first draft of the java library. I want to get this dont hopefully this week. It probably wont even be functional then. But you can see the interface with all the methods and parameters and from then on we will see clearer...

Can you wait till then?

Afterwards, it would be great to have people who do the library implementation. Another group could start the GUI OO and interface design...
But If you already do have ideas about this please dont hesitate to post them on the mailing list. The more ideas and people we have
the more will the realisation speed up...
