My guess would be that all one probably needs is to advertise that such
a script exists, and to have in the distribution a script with the same
name made up of sufficiently unreadable Perl or bash code with
appropriately subtle comments. The paranoid would be reassured to the
extent that paranoids can be reassured, and appropriate effort would be
devoted to useful tasks instead. =)

I would hope that anyone that paranoid would do double-entry source code
control, so they wouldn't have to back-out of anything. If they don't,
they don't deserve to be so paranoid. Now, adding a command line to the
svn client that did the dual entry into a 'paired' CVS server, _that_
might make sense (and should be easy too =).
