dav prop status?

So what's the status quo on committing user-props over DAV? Is it
done? Are we waiting for Greg Stein to approve the idea of storing
DAV-specific props in a special server-side APR dbm?

I'd love to close P1 issue #382, but I can't verify, because my
up-to-date httpd-2.0 won't build as of 11:15am CDT:

   /usr/home/sussman/projects/httpd-2.0/server/exports.c:341:
     `apr_sms_dump_stats' undeclared here (not in a function)
   *** Error code 1
