Haven't thought much about it. I presume you're referring to a GET on a
directory?

Yes, I think it would be nice to use a hook. The default would generate a
hunk of XML with various data. Clients can use the XML and Apache output
filters can process it (e.g. an XSLT transform). Alternatives could generate
nice HTML and link to previous revisions and stuff like that.

I think a different question is whether we build something like ViewCVS
directly into mod_dav_svn, or whether we keep browsing support separate.
