mod_dav_svn hooks for pretty printing

gstein this is primarily for you,

Just wondering whether when you get a chance to add code to mod_dav_svn
for pretty printing directories, and information about versions of
files, you could add a hook method. This would allow average users to
use the defaults, and other projects to customize the way information is
displayed, add nice project logos, etc.

What do you think.
