I've added an issue to the Anzu issue tracker
<http://anzu.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=2>. I've granted Greg
and Karl "Observer" access to the Anzu project (to be certain that
some SVN developers could add comments to the issue). I provided a
brief description of how I think that things should work, but I'm no
expert on this topic. Since you guys have already had this
discussion, perhaps you can add a more clear definition by specifying
how things should work for the Subversion project.
