As far as I can see, our entire system isn't based on anything right
now. :-)

(I for one would gladly ditch all that crap for iso-10646 and be done
with it, but it would take another Timurlenk to push that idea down a
certain group of people's throats. /And/ he'd need help from
Ashurbanipal. :-( )
